I am Japanese and live here with my wife about 100 km away from Tokyo Japan.

Bell Pepper (手間要らずのピーマン)
This Bell Pepper was planted on 8/Jun. We can still harvest from it. The first harvest was 30/Jun. It still bloom! These are today's harvests. Still, there are a lot of bell peppers on the plant. I will try it again next year.
That's a lot of peppers. What are you going to do with them all?

Spaghetti, Stir-fried vegetables, Salade, Pizza, Tempura( fritter ) and Sweet-sour pork
I love tempura! Some day I must leran how to cook it.
ReplyDeleteChris and I had a treat yesterday: sushi! Over here, sushi is a food for special occasions.
