I am Japanese and live here with my wife about 100 km away from Tokyo Japan.
I would like to write off nothing out of ordinary at our house in English with some Japanese.

Our art gallery 041 （Big day for us）
This knitted by hand is second creation by our daughter. From today on, she is momma for a baby who will were the vest and this cap.
Congratulations on being grandparents. That is one joy that is hard to describe!! I have two grandchildren, a boy and a girl. What is your grandchild? THe hat and vest look like they are crocheted. I do both knitting and crochet. I find it very rewarding to create things. I enjoy seeing your wife's flower arrangements. Here in New England it is too cold at night with the frost to grow vegetables. Do you have a winter?

We also have had a mild autumn. I have been able to get young greens, especially dandelion, to use for soups and stews. Alas the cold weather is coming in today.

My eggplant that I planted in fall has a tiny bud now. I don't know if this bud is going to open. Did you pull out all the eggplants yet?
