Unwelcome guests （招かざる客）

I found out branches without leaves of American cherry.


Next early morning, I found out a lot of caterpillars on the underside leaves.


The scientific name of them is Phalera flavescens.
But I could mot find fall web worms which use to be on the tree yearly.

Fireworks Event

My city held the Fireworks Event on 25th Aug. It's very famous event land area and continues to hold for more five decades every years. We were enjoying it for ninety minutes.
Today I followed my wife for her blog information with her new digital camera.

By the by, these pictures were taken by old one.

We could watch it at wayside.


So many cars are passing.

There are a lot of audiences on the wayside.

Today's harvestry

We can get grapes and figs with tomatoes and boiled soybeans recently.

.

The fresh grape juice which my wife made was great.

Long-homed beetles

Today I found out two long-homed beetles on the tree of fig in our garden.

There must be many number of long-homed beetles in the tree.



We can see sawdust of fig which were made by then.

Last corns in this season

Today I took all of corns which I ate as today's brunch.

Last harvestry of sweet tomatoes

These tiny tomatoes in the today's harvestry which are named sweet tomato are last fruits at our garden on this year. The both seedling were planted on 17th April.
But we can still catch large one.

These cut Casa Blanca flowers were growing in our garden.
These flowers have good smell.

Today's harvestry and breakfast

Sweet corns, green soybeans and tomatoes


My wife has boiled the corns and green soybeans for me as breakfast.
I ate all of the corns at am 7:30.

Today's harvestry ( double cropping -2)

This picture is green soybean which I picked today. The boiled soybean is very popular as appetizer for drinking beer in Japan. But I am lightweight drinker, so I am just interested in eating the boiled soybean.


These green soybean were growing in planters after the harvestry of strawberries finished. So we can enjoy two kind of harvestry in same planters one year.

Today we can get new harvestry which is sweet corn.
The sweet corns are growing at the same field where strawberris were growing before.
