The first visitor as being （庭先の訪問者、アブ？）

What a sort of being is it? It's not a kind of bee, may be a sort of fly. But I don't know name of it.
It's a first being which I did photo in our garden this year.

In fact, first one is the Snow and second one is the Moon.
So in nature, this being is third visitor this year.
It's on a flower of the Swamp Chrysanthemum.
