Currant (酢塊 すぐり Sugri)

This is a new face plant which was from my elder sister's garden on 6/June.

The name is Currant to be popularly known as Gooseberry.
酢(す "su") means vinegar, and 塊( ぐり "guri" ) means a kind of ball.
It can be eating, the taste is sour, so the name "酢塊" derived from the taste and the configuration.

Aye Yai will make a currant jam with them next year.
