I am Japanese and live here with my wife about 100 km away from Tokyo Japan.

Harvest of eggplant （茄子の収穫 001）
I picked off three eggplants this early morning. It's first time in this year. Aye Yai cocked them as one of our brunch.
It's fried eggplant. Greenness will be best taste. Yes, we enjoyed to eat them.
Egg plants taste best fried.
