I am Japanese and live here with my wife about 100 km away from Tokyo Japan.
I would like to write off nothing out of ordinary at our house in English with some Japanese.
As a matter of cause, I will attache some pictures with my words.

Hand-rolled sushi (握り寿司 ニギリズシ Nigirizushi)
These are for our dinner which I made today. We speak of then as Nigirizushi in Japanese. What do you say them in English? According to a dictionary, Nigirizushi means hand-rolled sushi, hand-shaped sushi or portion of rice with fidh on top. Which one best? Ha.......ha......ha......ha!!!!!
Yum! We call this "nigiri sushi", too. :)

Definitely yes, "nigiri sushi" or "nigiri zushi" in English.
