I am Japanese and live here with my wife about 100 km away from Tokyo Japan.
I would like to write off nothing out of ordinary at our house in English with some Japanese.

Spring Equinox Day (春分の日 彼岸)
It's a national holiday today! Since this is believed to be when the spirits ancestors return to this world, people visit their family graves, dean them, offer flowers and burn incense. I offered these daffodils which were in my garden.
