Japanease persimmon (実のならない柿)

These are flowers of the Japanese persimmon in our garden.

Last year, we never saw persimmon on the Japanese persimmon.

Now it's must be temporary residence of some Ama Gaeru.

I expect that we will be able to see persimmons and to eat them.

These purple flowers by the tree are Chinese ground orchid.
We can enjoy still them.

Lopping #008 (Persimmon 柿 かき カキ Kaki)

This is the persimmon today.

The persimmon has two sweats.
I lopped this tree.

I cut many branches all too.

I am not sure a rain frog can stay in the lopped tree next year.

Fallen persimmon

I found out the fallen persimmon the morning.

I'm looking forward to viewing the colored persimmon on the tree without all the leaves.

It's really to bad.

Fortunately I could find out another one on the same tree.

I hope it will not fall on the ground.

Colored Persimmon

This is the tree which has only one persimmon in our garden.

Now it color.

The colored persimmon is seasonal tradition like autumn leaves in Japan.

  There is no sprout on any branches.

I applied an insecticide as undiluted solution to persimmon branches.

Is that so?

The persimmon has three fruits.
But othes two fruits are still green.

I ate it this. Good taste!

Dry fruit persimmon

These are dry fruit persimmons which her father gave today.

I ate one which was very sweet taste.

If you have sour persimmon.

So you can change it to be sweet fruit.

Soft Landing

I found out the ripe persimmon which was soft landing.

Another fallen one persimmon got crushed a month ago.

It was green on 5th October.

I ate it delectably!

Harvest #014 (Persimmon 柿 かき Kaki)

I found out the both persimmons on the foot of the tree this morning.

We got only one persimmon last year.

We will be able to get more than last year.
I had them as dessert of today's dinner.

Lopping the persimmon

It' was fine day today in ages.
I did lop this persimmon this morning.
It had tow fruits at this year first time.

We found out some frogs and toads on the leaves every years.
