All strawberry field

I planted cucumber, radish and strawberry in the field this year.


But I have planted only strawberry in this area for next year.

The both are new strawberry rock piles.

There are more 400 seedlings in this area.

The goal will be 50Kg weight again next year.

I will another strawberry field for the goal.

AyeYai says to me "You are nutty as a fruitcake".

I think so!

Recipe of Strawberry Jam

We made strawberry jam today.
Of course the strawberries were from our garden,
I would like to show you making the Jam.

Quantitate 1Kg strawberry


Add 400g sugar in the 1kg strawberry


Boil up the mixture for 30 minutes

Bring to a boil and remove the scum

Add a piece of lemon juice in the stewed strawberry

Bottling

Accomplishment!

Strawberry rock piles

These are new strawberry rock piles which I constructed last weekend.


This is the old strawberry rock pile which was built on this March.

I broke down it at first.

This is the first strawberry rock pile.

This is the second one.


This is third one.

I could not reach the goal this year.
I will make a new record of amount of strawberry yields, more 36.3kg .

She went to a courier service store to send these now.

Aye Yai appreciated her daughter who let her make such these delicious dishes 

for our grandsons on Mother's Day.

It's a landscape of the strawberry field this morning.
There are some red berries in the field.

Here is harvest of strawberry today.

And these are our breakfast, soup of fresh sugar peas and fresh strawberries.

Today's volume of taken the strawberry was 1148g.
And small strawberries accumulated more 1000g.
This is frozen strawberry of 1000g.


Adding 550g sugar in,


letting stand for 2 hours,


boiling for 1 hour,


adding lemon juice of a lemon,

cooling and getting 700g strawberry jam.

New strawberry field -2 (3D field)

I made 3D strawberry field last Sunday as new strawberry field -2 like this.
It's a kind of experiment farm.
But I am not sure that the 3D field will be able to keep this shape till next harvest period.

Here is landscape one year ago.

I hope I will be able to pick up a lot of the fruit.

I bedded out more 200 strawberry plant in to the 3D strawberry field last Sunday.


A neighborhood said to me " Are you selling strawberry?"
