Water Leak in Our Water Pipe

I confirmed water leakage from water bill.
This is the third water leak.

Since the water pipe is in the ground,
it is very difficult to find the water leakage point
So I abandoned the piping and decided to install a new pipe.
My wife 's elder brother will do the plumbing work.
