The flowers are in our parking place.

The plant seems to say to us " don't forget me".

Recipe of Strawberry Jam

We made strawberry jam today.
Of course the strawberries were from our garden,
I would like to show you making the Jam.

Quantitate 1Kg strawberry


Add 400g sugar in the 1kg strawberry


Boil up the mixture for 30 minutes

Bring to a boil and remove the scum

Add a piece of lemon juice in the stewed strawberry

Bottling

Accomplishment!

Strawberry Shortcake

These strawberries were from our strawberry field in our garden.

This is coreopsis, Kimkeigiku "金鶏菊" in Japanese.

金(Kin) means Gold, 鶏(Kei) means Cickrn and 菊(Giku) means Chrysanthemum.

#008 Life (#1 Bird A fallen baby sparrow)

I found a fallen baby sparrow in the following place yesterday.

The sparrow was fallen here from nest in our upstairs roof.

It seems that the bird has foot injury.

I moved it to here from the place which we can do barbecue at.

A parent bird come to feed food on the baby bird sometimes.

So the baby bird sing continuously for letting the parent bird know his location.

But some feral cats go back and forth everyday.

AyeYai is worried about these cats attack the sparrow.

So she moved the bird to deck floor of our house.

Now the bird is in new nest on the deck like this picture.

Now the baby bird is fine!

せんしゅうのにちようびに、たかし（駿）がまいたエダマメのめがでたぞ!



Last Sunday, Takashi seeded Edamame which sprout.



こんどは、はせるとエダマメを食べにじじ（爺）のいえにおいで！



Next time after strawberry, come here to eat Edamame with your brother, Haseru.



ことしもたくさんのエダマメをつくるよ！



I will make a lot of Edamame this year too.

Clematis means Tetsusen "鉄線" in Japanese.

Dandelion and Grandsons (タンポポと孫たち)

Our grandsons and their mother stayed at our house last weekend.
We had breakfast at the hotel.
After that. I took a walk with them neighborhood area again last Saturday.
At that time, we found out dandelion like this.

He knows that he can play with such a dandelion.

So the dandelion will be able to come up here and there next Spring.

He came to be able to walk recently, but awkward walk.

We had good morning again.

Chinese ground is called SHIRAN "紫蘭" in Japanese.

紫 ”SHI" means "PURPLE" and 蘭 "RAN" means "ORCHID".

Third report of the experimental garden

It seems the experimental garden is close to collapse.
These lateral buds are wilting.
It's a long shot. The reason is to plant them on grand directly and put them in the sun.
Today is raining, their destiny may be in weather next a couple of days.


I modified the experimental method.
First of all, I planted them in the plastic pot.

And set in shadow area like this.
These are lateral bud of the mini tomato.

This morning event

I did transplant then yesterday.

She asked me to be a photographic model as young elderly this morning.

So we were in a park which is in our city

The both landscapes are a part of the park.

We went to a hotel for our breakfast after the photography event.

The breakfast is all-you-can-eat, and the cost is 525 yen including tax.
