Aye Yai is making the food boiled in soy sauce of Japanese pepper again.

These leaves are from the cut branch of the Japanese pepper yesterday.

 This is the food boiled in soy sauce of Japanese pepper.

Weed 012（名無しの権兵衛） "サンショウ横の花"

This weed is by Japanese pepper which means Sansho "サンショウ".


The Japanese pepper is under the sweet tea.

I did lop it the day before yesterday.

We will be able to find out new leaves on the tree next Spring.

Japanese Peppar （山椒）

Japanese Pepper is a one of spice which is very popular for grilled eel.
We can make a pepper boiled in soy sauce using tender green of it.
My wife's father sometimes cooks it using them which are in his garden.

We had big harvests today.
It's neither bell pepper nor eggplant.

It's tomato.

It's Japanese ginger.

It's boiled soybean.


So AyeYai sent them to our daughter who lives in Tokyo.
Regarding tomatoes, she sent them as tomato soup.
