Swimming in the winter

We were enjoying swimming today at indoor pool in Maebashi city.
It takes fifteen minutes by a car.

This is Mt. Akagi which we can see on the way to swim.



This is entrance of a park, there is the indoor pool in the park.

Here is the central part of the park.

This is the indoor pool which is right side of the central park.

This is a sushi boats where we had our dinner after that.

We can eat any one plate at 105 yen.

Strawberry fruits are growing in the middle of winter

The strawberry fruits are growing.

They are growing in this pot which is in front of the living.

Who did pollinate them?

These are today's pictures.

These sugar peas were seeded on last October.

Now these have flowers like this.

They didn't have any flower at same time on the previous time.

They had the flowers on the last March.

It's similar the situation of Strawberry.

It' a Strawberry flower in the middle of winter at our garden.

And these are young strawberry fruits in the middle of winter also.
I am not sure these can be growing in the winter.

I will take care of them.

No, just watching and waiting them.

A new year's party in 2011

Yesterday, I had a New Year's party with same colleagues in the last new year's party.

I walked from my house to Isesaki station, it took about 45 minutes by my feet.

I leaved home at am 6:00.

I arrived Hosoya station at am 7:30.

I took for 20 minutes from the station to my office by walking.

I was enjoying this sight on my way.

This is m company plant.

There is the plant on the other side of this fence.

This is one of foods in the party, Kamo Nabe "Duck Pan".

We had two meeting places for the party.

The party finished at pm 10:30.

This is Ohta station.

I got on a train at Ohta station pm 10:47.

There were no passenger in the train.

I arrived my home at pm 11:30.

Of course, the party was held after five!

We could see the flowers on December / 2009 last winter.



But we could not see the flowers on December in this winter.

It seems the plant will bloom twice a year.

Now it has a bud like this.

Here is the flowers of the plant on last May.
The plant is the rose which our son sent to his mother for her birthday present three years ago.

Being to take root in!

The strawberry runner is to take root in here at last.

Here is the growth of the runner.

It's very unusual for this time of year.

There were a lot of chrysanthemum in our garden last November.
This one still lives on now.

We could see only one chrysanthemum on December 06, 2008.

I could see the flower last May.

But I could not see the flower last winter.

#002 Life (#01 Insect Honeybee 蜜蜂 Mitsubachi)

There is a bee on a flower of strawberry which I photo today.
The flower is pollinated by the bee.
This appearance is very strange because it's January 3 2011.


At this time every year, our some strawberry plants usually have flowers.
So I usually picked off these flowers.
But I decided to not pick off them.
I expect to harvest unseasonable strawberries like the tomatoes.
I have no idea what is going to happen!

#001 Life (#01 Caterpillar オオトビスジエダシャク)

I found out this caterpillar which named Otobisujiedashaku (オオトビスジエダシャク).

I found it in these plants.

At that time, it was a big surprise for me.

But look like it's not rarity.

The New Year is coming (初日の出)

There are the moon and morning star at the new year's morning.

It was at am 7:00.

It was am 7:30.

We can see the rising sun from second floor in our house.

Happy New Year! It is the beginning of a new year.

These are daffodils this noon.
The buds must be first flowers in the new year.
But the plants had flowers on last December.


We had another grandson

The bigger one is two years and two months, and younger one is nine months old.

Greenness Tomatoes

The killed tomato left behind these greenness tomatoes.

I hope the color will turn red.

#068 Oxalis (オキザルス)

It's flower today.

I am not sure the flowering is normal or abnormal.

My elder sister gave this pot to AyeYai two month ago.

We may be able to enjoy the flowers for a while in this winter.

The first frost killed the tomatoes after all

What a pity!

After all, killed the tomatoes were killed by the first frost.

It proved true that tomato can not pass the winter?!?

It proved that this plant can pass the winter.

Ninth Symphony (交響曲第九番)

I and AyeYai were audiences for the concert today.

We were on the same stage with same orchestra last year for Ninth Symphony.

We had good day today!

But last year's chorus was better than this year's one!?!

First Freezing and Frost

This is the first freezing at my garden this morning.

And the first frost was coming on our garden.

But the tomato plant is still fine.

I hope I will be able to harvest the fruits.

The sugar peas are growing bouncily.

Out-of-season Tomato's fruit

It pasted nine days from that time.

These tomatoes change the color like this.

And it has the other flowers in spite of winter.

This is the tomato plant yesterday.

I planted five axillary bud of the tomato plant on 28, November like this.


These buds are yesterday's picture.

I hope they will be able to pass the winter.

That's a revolutionary experiment farm of tomato!?! ha, ha, .......ha.
