Bay-Bay 2010

These are daffodils this noon.
The buds must be first flowers in the new year.
But the plants had flowers on last December.


We had another grandson

The bigger one is two years and two months, and younger one is nine months old.

The first frost killed the tomatoes after all

What a pity!

After all, killed the tomatoes were killed by the first frost.

It proved true that tomato can not pass the winter?!?

Ninth Symphony (交響曲第九番)

I and AyeYai were audiences for the concert today.

We were on the same stage with same orchestra last year for Ninth Symphony.

We had good day today!
But last year's chorus was better than this year's one!?!

First Freezing and Frost

This is the first freezing at my garden this morning.
And the first frost was coming on our garden.
But the tomato plant is still fine.
I hope I will be able to harvest the fruits.

The sugar peas are growing bouncily.

Out-of-season Tomato's fruit

It pasted nine days from that time.

These tomatoes change the color like this.

And it has the other flowers in spite of winter.
This is the tomato plant yesterday.
I planted five axillary bud of the tomato plant on 28, November like this.


These buds are yesterday's picture.
I hope they will be able to pass the winter.
That's a revolutionary experiment farm of tomato!?! ha, ha, .......ha.

Jazz Festival

We were enjoying Jazz Festival by several university's Jazz bands last Saturday.

And we were also enjoying autumn color around the concert hall.


The festival and landscape were amazing.

It was great day for us.

One of typical Japanese sight (drying radish)

There are lot of radishes which are hanged out to dry.
These dried radishes are material for making one of Japanese pickle.
The Japanese pickle is called Takuwan in Japanese.

I have never seen such a lot of drying radish.

Lopping #009 (American Cherry-2 アメリカンチェリー)

I have three American Cherries in our garden.

This is the American Cherry-2 which I lopped last Sunday.

These are cut branches of the tree.


This is the lopped tree.

I hope it will bloom and bear next year.
