Daffodils by Southern Fence Side （塀際の水仙）

These daffodils were brought by my wife's friend four years ago.


Now there are a lot of daffodils around in our field.


These are first blossomed flowers in our home in this year.

Chinese quinces are illuminated with rising sun.

These will be blooming at an early date.

This is yesterday's appearance of the entrance. The flower arrangement is her handiwork using daffodils in our garden. She likes rearrangement and flower arrangement, Ikebana. She is good at representation in our house.
As a matter of course, she has her own blog, and update everyday. There are some nice shoot photo, delectable sweet stuff and appetizing dish. So if you have time, you should visit to her blog. I promise you to enjoy it.

We could see the flowers on 1st/Jan. 2008 at same place.

These flowers on 28/Jan.

Tulip in daffodils （水仙の中のチューリップ）

Four tulips are blossoming at three points in our garden.

The both are in daffodils by a cherry tree.

Another one is under the west peach tree.

The last one is under the lilac.
I will post here later.

Today's harvest is the mustard family.
Last time was ten days ago.

The daffodils are blooming for twenty days.

Second harvest of Kakina （かき菜の収穫 002）

The recent warm climate help every plants to grow up.
This is today's harvester of the Kaikna, It's second time.
We ate it cocked Miso soup again at this breakfast.

We can compare with the both, before and after on the day before yesterday. 14th.




Yesterday, she bought the followings six kind of pansies and made me plating them.

Of cause I did that immediately. I can not say "No" for her order.

These pansies will make us to be happy after the daffodils in this bed.

She must use them as materials for her blog.

We could see the flowers on December / 2009 last winter.



But we could not see the flowers on December in this winter.

Weed 003 （名無しの権兵衛）「三味線・撥」

She knows name of this plant, shepherd's purse.
It's called Nazuna "ナズナ", PenPenGusa"ペンペングサ" in Japanese.
There is funny story regarding PenPenGusa's name mean.
It is that the shape of the seed like a plecture of Shamisen "三味線"which is a Japanese traditional stringed instrument. It has three strings and be played using a plectrum to be called "BACHI" "撥"in Japanese.
Shamisen's tone color is just Pen Pen.


We never care these weeds, but they can grow up at anywhere.
