Recipe of Strawberry Jam

We made strawberry jam today.
Of course the strawberries were from our garden,
I would like to show you making the Jam.

Quantitate 1Kg strawberry


Add 400g sugar in the 1kg strawberry


Boil up the mixture for 30 minutes

Bring to a boil and remove the scum

Add a piece of lemon juice in the stewed strawberry

Bottling

Accomplishment!
