Nigiri Zushi (握り寿司)

Last Sunday was the birthday of our daughter's husband.
There are many kind of sushi items. I made all of them on the Sunday.

Amaebi(deep-water shrimp), Natto, Mayocorn(mayonnaise and cone), Salmon roe and Negitoro as Gunkan zushi

Gunkan neans warship which is swaddled by dried laver.



Tuna, Pgrus major, Squid, Scallop. Red drum and Scomber japonicus Houttuyn

I like Scomber Japonicus Houttuyn.

That table must have been heaven on earth for our daughter's husband at that time.

By the way if you have a chance. you should try to make SUSHI for your wife. Michelle san.

Hello Hero! You inspired us! We had sushi for dinner last night. We didn't make the sushi ourselves, however. But perhaps some day we will make our own.
