This is Chinese trumpet creeper, (ﾉｳｾﾞﾝｶｽﾗ) in Japanese.
We coll it "Nozenkazura" in Japanese.
【凌霄花】 is Chinese character, I never write it in Chinese character "漢字".

There are three plants in our garden

This plant has a lot of flowers.
But there are a lot of fallen flowers under the plants.

Dose the cycad have a flowers?

No kidding!!!!!! Just fallen flowers!
