Pickled plum and Casa Blanca Lily
AyeYai is making Pickled plum, now hanging out side then which is one of making process.
Pickled plum means 梅干"Ume boshi" in Japanese. 梅"Ume" means plum, 干"boshi or hosu" means hang out to dry.
How's the taste? We have to wait one more hanging process.

I like to remove the red powdery parts off the stamens by pressing with two finger tips. The white lilies stay white and clean for a long time by removing these. Otherwise doesn't this red powder keep dropping all over?

I don't care that. But it seems the red powdery still will be on the stamens.
Fortunately my wife already moved the vase to out of the house because of strong smell.
We never did touch them in any flower of last year's lilies.
