Japanese basil juice (シソジュース)

There are three green Japanese basil plants in our garden.

Recently Aye Yai made Japanese basil juice several times.

But she bought red Japanese basil when she made the juice every time.
A couple days ago, I learned that we can make the juice with the green Japanese basil also.

So I culled the leaf of the plants yesterday.

And this is a picture of the harvest .


Today She has made the juice using some red and the green leafs.

It will be refreshing drink!!!!
