Bell Pepper (手間要らずのピーマン)

This Bell Pepper was planted on 8/Jun.

We can still harvest from it. The first harvest was 30/Jun.

It still bloom!

These are today's harvests.

Still, there are a lot of bell peppers on the plant.

I will try it again next year.

That's a lot of peppers. What are you going to do with them all?

Just offer AyeYai them as a cooking ingredient.

She will cook many kind of foods using them.
Spaghetti, Stir-fried vegetables, Salade, Pizza, Tempura( fritter ) and Sweet-sour pork

I love tempura! Some day I must leran how to cook it.

Chris and I had a treat yesterday: sushi! Over here, sushi is a food for special occasions.
